Lugares que tocamos con frecuencia y que luego con las manos lo llevamos a los ojos, nariz o boca continuamente.
Ojo personas que manejáis dinero. Es el objeto que más rápidamente cambia de una mano a otra sin distinción.
La OMS comunica que la potencia del contagio es entre 2-3. Esto quiere decir que por cada persona infectada, podrían infectarse entre dos y tres personas. Por esto mismo se está considerando epidemia.

Coronavirus es contagioso incluso antes de evidenciar síntomas. Por ello es muy importante realizar una rigurosa limpieza y desinfección de los entornos mas cercanos y obviamente de las propias manos. Esto se realiza con el ya conocido por todos: agua y jabón. Pero cuando vamos a la calle es complicado cumplir esta premisa. Sobre todo si utilizamos mucho transporte público. Qué decir de los niños que lo tocan absolutamente todo.
No es necesario el uso de mascarillas en toda la población. Solamente en pacientes con síntomas para evitar que se propague todavía mas.

Cómo preparar el gel desinfectante casero
En cualquier farmacia puedes encontrar los siguientes ingredientes:
- 325g de alcohol de 96º
- 55g de agua destilada (sin perfume)
- 30g de agua oxigenada
- 15g de glicerina líquida (glicerol)
Vas a necesitar un procesador de alimentos*, un embudo y botes para envasado.
Elaboración
Añade el alcohol y el agua oxigenada al procesador y mezclar 10 segundos. Después añade la glicerina y mezclas otros 10 segundos. Finalmente añade el agua destilada y mezcla 20 segundos más toda la mezcla.
*Puedes usar cualquier robot de cocina o hacerlo a mano con unas varillas y mucho amor. Merece la pena hacer cantidad. Así que no te agobies si ves que los envases de los productos de elaboración son grandes, lo vamos a tener que usar por desgracia bastante. También puedes compartirlo con alguien. Compartir es vivir. Y en este caso, viene que ni al pelo!
